Deposit required upon booking is two night's stay.

For holiday weekends, a deposit of the full stay is required.

Minimum three night stay on holiday weekends.​

Cancellation Policy​

If at least two weeks' notice of cancellation is provided prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $20 cancellation fee. If less than two weeks' notice is provided, the deposit will be refunded less one night stay plus a $20 cancellation fee.

For holiday weekends, if at least two weeks' notice of cancellation is provided, the deposit will be refunded less a $20 cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to arrival.

For cabin rentals, if at least two weeks' notice of cancellation is provided, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If less than two weeks' notice is provided, the deposit will be refunded less one night stay plus a $50 cancellation fee.
